Аннотация

В статье идет речь о «природе» развития, парадигма которого, в отличие от роста, нелинейная. Однако преобладающей проекцией идей развития (развертывания), в т. ч. и проекций на карту, до сих пор выступает линия в тех или иных ее прорисовках. Мышление линиями небезобидно: оно способно редуцировать значимое содержание идей развития; на уровне планов (которые всегда линейны) оно способно переводить интенцию развития в последовательность выхолощенных действий. Подчеркивается особый тип пространственного сознания и дискурса, порождением которого становятся идеи «линейных городов», масштабных линейных проектов (Новый шелковый путь и др.); говорится о возможностях и условиях иной концептуализации таких идей.
