The authors describe surviving buildings of the architect in Krasnoyarsk and show the influence of his architecture on the formation of Siberian modern and eclecticism. The article features the role of the architect in the formation and development of the architectural environment of Krasnoyarsk in the first half of the 20th century. It describes the history of two buildings of wooden and stone architecture related to Sokolovsky both as an architect and as a restorer.
