Аннотация

В XXI веке меняется парадигма, связанная с новыми подходами к сохранению объектов культурного наследия с позиции формирования комфортной, социально-ориентированной и экологически безопасной среды. Создаются возможности для сохранения объектов культурного наследия, которые дают им вторую жизнь на основе интеграции объектов культурного наследия в ландшафтно-градостроительную систему региона, структурообразующим элементом которой является водно-зеленый каркас. В статье рассматриваются методы и приемы интеграции усадьбы Кокораки – архитектурного ансамбля XIX века – в водно-зеленый каркас Севастополя.
