Аннотация

Модель нового урбанизма, альтернативная модели корбюзианского города, возникла в 1980-х годах. Она переосмысливает формальную и образно-символическую структуру исторического европейского города и старается решить современные задачи: социальные, экологические, экономические и эстетические. Цель статьи – уточнить принципы нового урбанизма с учетом опыта российского градостроительства и новых исследований в области нейронауки. Статья посвящена русской линии традиционного градостроительства 1980–2020 годов, идейно близкой новому урбанизму, роли в ней художественно-ансамблевого подхода.
