Аннотация

Мышление альтернативами и оппозициями – классический ход организации всякой значимой мысли – от греческих апорий до журнала «Oppositions» Питера Айзенмана. Таким приемом можно не только удержать разное в единстве представления, но и сохранять надежду на синтез – третий путь; надежду далеко не всегда иллюзорную. Неисчерпаемым источником, а также базовым механизмом порождения альтернатив и оппозиций является интерпретация – загадочная способность, расположенная за гранью семиологии и чаемой ею «прозрачности знака». В различных масштабах и на различающемся материале в статье проводится оценка основных видов ресурсов развития архитектурно-проектной мысли нашего времени в их наиболее значимых, по мнению автора, альтернативах и оппозициях.
