Аннотация

В статье отражены результаты исследования, проводимого автором в рамках гранта Российского научного фонда «Методы интеграции зон исторической застройки и сохранения объектов культурного наследия в условиях развития современных городов северо-востока Китая». Рассмотрены и охарактеризованы основные этапы формирования в Даляне районов индивидуальной жилой застройки (особняков). Выявлены особенности размещения, планировочной и архитектурно-художественной организации построек данного типа. Отмечено значение сохранившихся объектов историко-культурного наследия в развитии современной застройки города.
