The article examines the professional activities of one of the graduates of the Leningrad School of Architecture Evgeniy Borisovich Serebryakov in the Far Eastern region. He worked as an engineer-architect in the military construction department of the Special Red Banner Far Eastern Army (OKDVA) in the 1930s and left a significant mark on the architecture of the Far East and the city of Khabarovsk.
