Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the architectural image and technological solutions of three contemporary spectacular buildings in Kazakhstan. The research methodology is based on the analysis of open-source materials, design documentation, photographic records, professional publications, and visual observations of the buildings’ operation within the urban environment. The results demonstrate that the integration of global design practices, digital technologies, and local cultural motifs contributes to the formation of a distinctive architectural image of spectacular buildings and enhances their role as urban landmarks and carriers of regional identity.
