Аннотация

В статье исследуется история постройки, особенности архитектуры и технические характеристики трех знаковых современных зрелищных зданий Казахстана. Метод исследования основан на анализе открытых источников, проектных материалов, фотофиксации, профессиональных публикаций и визуальных наблюдений за функционированием объектов в городской среде. Результаты исследования показали, что сочетание глобальных проектных практик, цифровых технологий и локальных культурных мотивов способствует формированию уникального архитектурного образа зрелищных зданий и усиливает их роль как градостроительных доминант и носителей региональной идентичности.
