Пространственное планирование через призму технологических укладов

Аннотация

В статье обосновывается возможность создания системного подхода к анализу опыта стран в рамках пространственного планирования через призму технологических укладов. Базой для создания такого подхода послужила предложенная концептуальная схема обоснованности выбора направлений проведения анализа систем пространственного планирования. Показано, что тесная связь между уровнем экономики страны и фазой ее технологического уклада позволяет предложить классификацию стран и возможные направления анализа их систем пространственного планирования. Обосновывается объективность получаемой сопоставимости стран при анализе их систем пространственного планирования.
