Аннотация

Статья представляет итоги квалификационной работы «Реновация территории ИВВАИУ с разработкой фрагмента комплекса построек военной гимназии в Иркутске». Характеризуется исторический контекст, градостроительное расположение и территориальное размещение проекта университетского кампуса и приемы, позволяющие повысить плотность застройки и пешеходную доступность объектов инфраструктуры, что делает городскую среду более комфортной. Дается определение реновации, ее основные характеристики.
