Проанализирован опыт графической реконструкции утраченной Новопокровской церкви архитектора Н.М. Соколова в Ростове-на-Дону. Была поставлена цель на основании проведенных историко-архивных исследований документов и сохранившихся изображений, а также натурных обследований местности провести визуальную реконструкцию утраченного архитектурного объекта исторической архитектуры. Проведено исследование истории строительства Новопокровской церкви. Произведена визуальная реконструкция церкви, утраченной в современных городских условиях.
