The research is based on the hypothetical deductive method that analyzes the factors which influence the choice of the reconstruction solutions as a reference point forming contemporary principles. The usage of the principles for restoration of industrial architecture will optimize technological characteristics and develop environmental, aesthetic, compositional and sociological parameters of urbanized structures.
