Abstract

On July 10, 2024, the PB Discussion Club held a meeting on the topic of the issue in the Irkutsk House of Architects. New members joined the regular members of the Club; Konstantin Lidin and Elena Grigoryeva acted as moderators. This time, the discussion was not only about Irkutsk, but also about Yeniseisk, Cheremkhovo, Sofia, Vienna, Shanghai, Copenhagen, Berlin. . .
