Abstract

Reconstruction of industrial facilities is the most important task in forming architectural and space modernization on urban planning and architectural levels. The research is based on the hypothetical deductive method that analyzes the factors which influence the choice of the reconstruction solutions as a reference point forming contemporary principles. The usage of the principles for restoration of industrial architecture will optimize technological characteristics and develop environmental, aesthetic, compositional and sociological parameters of urbanized structures.
