The author examines the stylistic features of contemporary buildings near the station square in the historic center of the Japanese concession in Shenyang and considers maintaining its appearance by modern buildings. The paper identifies key stylistic features of Japanese historical architecture from the 1910s to the 1930s in the center of the Japanese concession in Shenyang and compares these features with new high-rise buildings.
