Аннотация

В Малой Азии (современной Турции) нами был найден пример типичного и хорошо изученного полиса Кианея в провинции Ликия. Выявлены основные принципы формирования полиса на основе центрального расположения главного города асти в окружении районных городов – демосов при сбалансированном развитии всей его территории – хоры. Представлен анализ различных типов малых поселений, дорожной структуры полиса и его внешних связей, подчеркивается важность расстояний и доступности между каждыми его элементами и центральным городом как факторами гармоничного и устойчивого развития. Дана оценка населения в эллинистический и римский периоды, предложена схема хоры типичного континентального полиса, позволяющая определить универсальные градостроительные принципы его формирования и использовать как инструмент для дальнейших исследований и применения в современном градостроительстве.
