Аннотация

В статье рассматривается, как объекты культурного наследия (ОКН) влияют на локальные культуры и результаты комплексного развития территорий (КРТ). На основе международных документов (UNESCO, Council of Europe) и российских источников предложена типология архитектурно-пространственной интеграции ОКН в КРТ: «ядро», «якорь», «вкрапления», «рама», «интерстиции». Показано, какие эффекты и риски связаны с каждым типом, и обозначены подходы к оценке влияния наследия на развитие.
