Аннотация

Во многих малых городах стагнация экономики обостряет деградацию городских территорий, особенно околоводных. Цель исследования – анализ градостроительной ситуации в Светлогорске и Кыштыме для выявления возможностей их ревитализации. Использовался метод качественного сравнительного анализа «полярных случаев», натурные обследования, изучение документации. В Светлогорске архитектурное наследие, историческая идентичность и водные пространства стали драйверами возрождения; в Кыштыме аналогичный потенциал не реализован. Показано, что эффективная ревитализация требует превращения архитектурного наследия в функциональный актив и благоустройства водных зон.
